“Wala pong warrant of arrest. Hindi pa po nagsisimula ang labanan, ika nga,” said the veteran showbiz columnist.

Cristy’s co-host Romel Chika also shared another false claim: “Nakakaloka kasi ang social media, Nay.

Furthermore, Cristy underscored a more understandable explanation of subpoena.

Luis Manzano is a popular actor and host who is married to Jessy Mendiola. He is the son of showbiz legends Vilma Santos and Edu Manzano. He has also starred in a number of movies.

Luis is currently facing a complaint before the NBI. The complaint was filed against Manzano and businessman Ildefonso “Bong” Medel Jr. According to the complaint, 100 investors of Flex Fuel allegedly failed to recover their investment on the petroleum company, where Manzano used to preside as the chairman. Manzano and his attorney denied being involved in the alleged P100-million scam, saying that Medel was the one handling the management and operation of Flex Fuel.

Xian shared his theories about the news that Luis and Bong Medel Jr. are facing a complaint before the NBI filed by investors of Flex Fuel, where Luis used to preside as a chairman. He speculated that Bong proposed the business idea to Luis but inflated the projected income. Luis might have agreed to front for the company after seeing the income projection, Xian said. Eventually, the projected income was not met and the company was not able to give back the investors’ investments, Xian theorized.
