Yassi Pressman sa mental health crisis sa Pinas: "It breaks my heart"

Yassi Pressman, in her latest online post, expressed her honest thoughts over the mental health crisis that the Philippines is currently facing.

On her Instagram page, KAMI learned that the actress-host reposted a photo that was taken by Rea Villa, a licensed Psychologist.

The said photo showed a newspaper from Inquirer which showed the mental health crisis in the country making headlines.

In her Instagram story, Yassi said that even if it is a hard topic to discuss, people must "create awareness" about the situation.

According to actress and TV host, the said news actually broke her heart and she hopes it doesn't get worse.

"Let's be better. Let's listen better. Let's be there for each other. Even if this is hard to hear, we must create awareness that this is actually happening. It breaks my heart. But let's hope it doesn't get worse. Talk to someone, you are not alone," she wrote.
