Giselle took to Twitter and hit back at the trolls who have been bashing her because of her statements. She even taunted them to keep the "bashing" coming and that it does not faze her a bit. She also found them amusing as it is she who holds the power to block and not the trolls. G previously crossed hairs with trolls after she called out Arnell Ignacio because the latter used "mahina ang ulo" to describe celebrities.

G also took to Twitter previously and hit back at Die-hard Duterte Supporters (DDS), saying that their tweets were "jologs" or "baduy." The US-based Filipina actress clarified several things in her posts. She said that she is vocal about her beliefs when it comes to oppression, that she can't understand the tweets and she merely stated a fact about hair plugs. In her second tweet, she said that calling someone dumb is not an argument to make for people who are merely expressing themselves.
