The beauty queen cried backstage when the pageant paid tribute to the late Cheslie Kryst.

Cat was really emotional considering that Cheslie and her were former roommates.

Catriona Gray is a beauty queen, singer, performer, host and endorser in the Philippines. She rose to fame after winning Miss Universe 2018 representing the Philippines. Catriona used to be in a relationship with actor Clint Bondad but she is now dating actor Sam Milby.

The beauty queen recently showed her appreciation for Celeste Cortesi in a viral online post. On Instagram, the former Miss Universe titleholder thanked Celeste for representing the Philippines. According to Catriona, Celeste has done a good job in handling the pressure of carrying the Philippine flag. Previously, Celeste made headlines after she failed to make it to the Top 16 of the said beauty pageant.
