The actor also posted some of their photos together and captioned them with his heartfelt message for Teresa.

He expressed his love for her and even called her "supermomma."

"Before anyone else, happy birthday to this Supermomma. I love you very much @teresaloyzaga," she penned.

Shortly after Diego posted it, Teresa reacted to his post. She also wrote a sweet "thank you" message for her son.

"Another year older. I thank GOD for giving me these years of life to share with my friends, family and most especially my children. To watch them grow and be who they are is my reward for my motherhood. Thank you anak @diegoloyzaga and kuya Sep! You complete my life," she left in the comments section.
