"Sobrang dami and yung blessing na yun, naging blessing din not just for me but for my family also. Pero, I just wanna set the records straight kasi yung iba, iniisip din na yung mga business namin ngayon, fruits of my labor. Actually, yung gasoline station, nandiyan na po yan even before I entered the industry and yung McDonald's franchise po, wala po akong ambag dun. So pera po yun ng parents ko," she revealed.

According to Maine, some of her former supporters have said that without them, they wouldn't have such businesses in their hands.

"Yung ibang mga 'supporters' na, who they turned their back against me, is parang iniisip nila na, 'Kung hindi naman sa amin, wala naman kayong ganito, ganyan.' So ngayon ko lang din nasabi, Mama Ogs," she said.
