Maine Mendoza, inaming dini-DM ang ilang AlDub fans upang linawin ang mga tsismis

Maine Mendoza has openly admitted that back in the day, she would personally message some AlDub fans about certain rumors circulating online.

During her interview with Ogie Diaz, KAMI learned that Maine took the opportunity to clarify once more that the rumors about her and Alden Richards are not true.

In the said video, Ogie said that he has an impression of Maine not wanting to give a "paasa" feeling towards her followers.

"I think po that's how it should be," she began before adding, "Hindi naman po talaga tamang magpaasa diba?"

For Maine, "Alam ko na by telling the truth, masasaktan sila. Pero by leading them on, mas masasaktan din sila."

According to the actress, she does not want to fool anyone for the sake of fame, wealth, or money since that is not her.

"Ayoko ko lang ng parang nanloloko ka ng tao para sa fame, sa money. Hindi po ako ganun kasi talagang tao," she said.

Halfway through their conversation, Maine said that some fans still believe that she and Alden are together as a couple.

"Meron pa rin po na hanggang ngayon, kumakapit pa rin dun. So yun yung hindi ko rin ma-tolerate, and I tried calling them out pa po a couple of times already pero ayaw po talaga nilang maniwala," she said. Adding further, "Yung iba kapit na kapit sila na mag-asawa kami ni Alden, may anak na kami. Totoo po ito, marami na po akong tao na dinirect message sa Twitter to tell them na, 'Wala pong katotohanan.'"

However, Maine clarified once again that this is not the case which some fans have yet to believe up until today.

"Pero Mama Ogs, ang reply nila sakin, 'Hindi si Maine yan. Admin yan ng account ni Maine. May asawa na si Maine, may anak na si Maine.' Parang umabot na lang din po ako sa point na, 'Nakakapagod na mag-explain,'" she said.
