Bea Alonzo at inang si Mary Anne, tumanggi umanong kasuhan si Lolit Solis, ani Cristy Fermin

- Bea Alonzo's issue with Lolit Solis became a subject again in Cristy Fermin's online show, "Showbiz Now Na!"

- Cristy claimed that Bea's lawyers had been collecting pieces of evidence against Manay Lolit since the latter started publishing write-ups against the actress

- As per Cristy, Bea's camp could file cases of libel and cyber libel with such evidence

- The Kapuso star and her mom Mary Anne, however, decided not to bring the issue to the court, Cristy said

Cristy Fermin recently claimed that Bea Alonzo and her mother, Mary Anne, declined the actress' lawyers' suggestion to file a lawsuit against Lolit Solis.

In the latest episode of "Showbiz Now Na!" published on Friday, Cristy said that Bea's legal team had been collecting pieces of evidence against Manay Lolit since the entertainment columnist started publishing write-ups against the Kapuso star.

“Noon pa lang kasagsagan ng pagbira ni Manay Lolit Solis kay Bea Alonzo, nag-aalala ang kanyang mga abogado. Natural ang mga abogado, concerned sila sa kanilang mga kliyente, diba? Iniipon na pala noon ng mga abogado ni Bea Alonzo 'yung mga araw-araw na pitik-bira sa kanya ni Manay Lolit,

“Ang mga ebidensya, grabe talaga. Pieces of evidence na sapat para makapagdemanda sila ng dalawang bagay: Libel dahil nababasa (sa pahayagan), cyber libel dahil lumalabas sa mga social media,” she aired.

Cristy further claimed, “Ngayon, eto po ang nangyari. Kinausap po si Bea Alonzo ng kanyang mga abogado. Pati si Mommy Mary Anne, ang kanyang nanay. Ang sabi nila, 'It's about time. Hinog na hinog na ito. Sobrang dami mo nang pieces of evidence na pwedeng ipanglaban.’”

As per Cristy, Bea and her mom both decided not to bring the issue to the court.

“Alam mo, nag-usap na pala si Bea at si Mommy Mary Anne. Hindi sila sasagot, hindi sila kikibo. At ang sinabi ni Bea sa kanyang mga abogado, 'Huwag na lang po. Hindi po kami magdedemanda. Nag-usap na po kami ng mommy ko.' At sinabi din ng kanyang ina, 'Hindi po kami magdedemanda, wala kaming kakasuhan.'”

It can be recalled that Lolit made headlines recently after she apologized to Bea over her write-ups against the actress. Nay Cristy then said there are ones who doubt Manay Lolit’s “I am very sorry” statement. Because of Lolit’s succeeding posts following her apology, Cristy said some people question the columnist and talent manager’s sincerity.

Lolit has recently been sharing Instagram posts mentioning fake friends. Cristy Fermin then took to her program, “Cristy Ferminute,” to react to Manay Lolit’s sentiments. In her frank commentary, Cristy agreed with Lolit and expressed how fearsome it is to have a “plastic” friend. Nay Cristy also enumerated why she thinks everyone must be really careful when choosing friends.
