Toni Gonzaga, 38, was among the celebrities that Ogie Diaz and Inah Evans or 'Ate' Díck, talked about in the latest episode of 'Showbiz Update' online.
It is worth recalling that Toni made headlines earlier this week after she was announced as Shopee's latest celebrity endorser.
Following this news, KAMI learned that Ogie reacted to the issue and said that Toni is "unbothered" amid the backlash.
Eventually, during his discussion with Inah, Ogie said that someone has been asking why Toni was chosen as Shopee's endorser.

"May nagtatanong sa akin eh. Ano raw ang mga considerations or qualities ni Toni kung bakit siya kinuha as endorser ng Shopee. Meron ka bang idea?" he asked.
"Oo, kasi nga, ito may source ako, Mama Ogs. Balita ko, may isa raw personality na nag-chika na ipasok siya doon sa Shopee kasi nga wala na siyang endorsements," Inah answered.
Upon hearing this, Ogie said, "Ah, tinulungan si Toni ng TV personality para irekomenda sa Shopee."
"Diumano ha, oo tas parang regional daw yung nag-approve na wala naman, hindi sa Pilipinas so parang wala silang alam sa background or kung ano man ang isyu ng mga tao kay Miss Toni," Inah said.
Ogie then recalled Shopee's statement about Toni and said, "Ah, kaya sabi nila walang political ano, color, itong pagkuha nila kay Toni."

Toni Gonzaga is a famous actress, television host, and YouTube star in the Philippines. She married director Paul Soriano on June 12, 2015, in Taytay, Rizal. Toni then gave birth to their first child, Severiano Elliott or Seve, on September 30, 2016.
