Cristy Fermin, during “Cristy Ferminute” on Friday, once again tackled Vhong Navarro’s current situation.

The veteran showbiz columnist visualized Vhong’s life while being detained at the National Bureau of Investigation.

“Alam mo, nakikinita ko ngayon ang buhay ni Vhong Navarro habang siya ay nakapiit sa NBI. Ito 'yung gabi na gusto mo mang matulog, hindi ka dadalawin ng antok. Ito 'yung araw na gustong-gusto mo man na kumain nang magana, wala kang panlasa. Ito 'yung gusto mo mang maligo, tatamarin ka, hindi ka basta-basta makakatayo para pumunta sa banyo.”

She likewise stressed, “Ang utak po ng isang akusado, totoo man o hindi ang ibinabatong bintang sa kanya ay daig pa po ang pinagbubuhol-buhol na abaca sa kaguluhan.”

Furthermore, Cristy reiterated that facing legal woes really affects the accused's mental health.

“Sabi ko nga, Romel, diba nu'ng isang araw, wala pong maliit at malaking kaso. Basta po kaso, nakaagaw po 'yan ng ating atensyon, ng ating mental health talaga, apektado po tayo.”

“Kaya ang panlaban na tangi dito ni Vhong Navarro, dasal,” she added.

Vhong Navarro is a Filipino comedian, actor, dancer, singer, judge, and TV host of ABS-CBN Entertainment Groups. He is part of the dance group Street boys in the Philippines. He is currently hosting the noontime variety show, "It's Showtime."

Vhong Navarro's "It's Showtime" co-hosts have recently expressed support for him. In the latest episode of the Kapamilya show, Jhong Hilario suddenly mentioned Vhong and gave him an uplifting message. Vice Ganda also invited his fellow hosts to form a group hug for Vhong. The Unkabogable Phenomenal Star likewise added that they will be praying for Vhong.

Streetboys has also launched a movement in support of Vhong Navarro after his warrants of arrest for two cases filed by Deniece Cornejo were issued. The group, where Vhong used to belong, used the hashtags #WeStandWithVhongNavarro, #WeBelieveVhong and #JusticeForVhong. They also appealed that justice will be given to the host comedian.
