The second warrant of arrest was issued against Vhong Navarro for the rape case filed by Deniece Cornejo, ABS-CBN reported.

Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 69 Presiding Judge Loralie Cruz Datahan issued the arrest warrant for rape following the first warrant issued by a separate court for acts of lasciviousness.

In the warrant, it was indicated that it was not bailable, hence, the actor will not be able to post bail.

Niko Baua, a reporter of ABS-CBN posted a copy on Twitter of the second warrant of arrest against Vhong.

In the first warrant, the judge set the bail at P36,000. It was another Taguig court that issued such a warrant, as per Inquirer.

Initially, Deniece claimed that she was raped on January 22, 2014, but later, she added that she was also raped on Jan. 17.

Vhong Navarro is a Filipino comedian, actor, dancer, singer, judge, and TV host of ABS-CBN Entertainment Groups. He is part of the dance group Street boys in the Philippines. He is currently hosting the noontime variety show, It's Showtime.

Vhong Navarro has already surrendered after the warrant of arrest regarding his alleged rape of Deniece Cornejo was issued. The “It’s Showtime” host said that he will face the rape complaint against him in court. Nevertheless, Vhong admitted that he is shocked and frustrated over the recent development regarding his case. This is because years ago, the Department of Justice already junked the rape complaint against Vhong due to alleged inconsistencies in Deniece’s statements.

Previously. The first warrant of arrest was issued by a Taguig court against Vhong Navarro. The warrant was issued on charges of acts of lasciviousness filed by Deniece Cornejo. He posted bail for P36,000. This was the statement of his lawyer Alma Mallonga, as per ABS-CBN's report.
