Lolit Solis doesn’t believe that the alleged issue hounding power couple Heart Evangelista and her husband, Sen. Chiz Escudero, is the so-called “generation gap.”

The veteran columnist said that having a gap in age is not a hindrance for two people to love one another.

“Nakakatawa naman iyon nabasa kong ikinakalat na generation gap daw ang problema nila Heart Evangelista at Chiz Escudero, Salve,” Manay Lolit said in the beginning of her post.

She then cited the example of famous celebrity couple Vic Sotto and Pauleen Luna, who, despite the huge gap in their age, managed to love each other well and be happy with their choice.

“Hindi problema ang gap sa edad para magmahalan dalawang tao,” the veteran columnist said.

“Pinaka maganda example ng agwat sa edad sila Vic Sotto at Pauleen Luna. Pero tignan mo kung gaano kaligaya ang dalawa,” she added.

Recently, the entertainment world was rocked by unconfirmed rumors about the supposed marital problems that Heart and Chiz now face.

Lolit Solis is a Pinay talk show host, entertainment news writer, talent manager and showbiz columnist. She was born on May 20, 1947 in the city of Manila.
