According to Cristy, up until now, she still could not believe how Willie's life turned out for the better through the years.

"Ako, hanggang ngayon po, kinukurot ko ang sarili ko para paniwalaan ko ang naging kapalaran at tadhana ni Willie Revillame. Nakita ko yung pagsisimula niya, bilang isang drummer sa Birdland, na sumesweldo lang ng halos pangkain lang niya, napakaliit na halaga."

Expressing her disbelief over Willie's success story, Cristy recalled how Willie's room in Tomas Morato back in the day looked like.

"Meron siyang inuupahan na kwarto lang, dito sa may Tomas Morato, yung kwarto halos walang laman. Isang ibinabagsak lang na kutson sa gabi, at ititklop ulit sa araw. Sa labas na siya kumakain, sa mga turo-turo. Yung electric fan niya, mas malakas pa ang ugong kaysa sa ikot. Lumang-luma. Kaya pag naaalala ko yun, ako'y talagang, masyado akong emosyonal."
