In the said video, Andrew clarified that Coco Martin did not settle the whole bill.

The actor decided to make the said clarification after he received hurtful messages from those who suppose that he was still collecting donations despite receiving a huge amount from Coco.

“Guys, hindi po binayaran nang buo ng ating kapatid na si Coco Martin ang amin pong bill sa hospital which is P6 million,” he stressed.

“Nagbigay lang po ng konting tulong 'yung ating kapatid na si Coco Martin pero hindi niya po binayaran nang buo. Nagpahatid lang po ng tulong and for that, I am really really really grateful.”

He also calmly explained, “Kaya ginawa ko itong correction na ito kasi marami nang nagpapadala din ng mga message sa'kin, very hurtful messages. 'Wag po kayong mag-alala guys, hindi po ako nagagalit, hindi rin sumasama ang loob ko sa inyo, nakakalungkot lang.”

“So sana, 'wag niyo kong pagsalitaan ng masakit na salita mga kapatid, hindi po totoo 'yung inyong mga iniisip. Hindi po ganu'ng kalaki 'yung perang hawak ko po. Hindi po. Ang dami pong nagpapadala ng message na hindi magaganda, but it's okay, I understand you guys, ito ay bugso ng inyong damdamin. But again, this is not a betrayal of your trust.”

Andrew Schimmer is an actor in the Philippines. He was born on June 10, 1986 in Manila, Philippines. Some of his most well-known projects include Babangon Ako't Dudurugin Kita (2008), Gagamboy (2004) and Resiklo (2007).

He made headlines when he asked his fellow celebrities and ordinary people to help his wife, Jorhomy “Jho” Rovero. Jho suffered a severe asthma attack that led to cardiac arrest and brain hypoxia.

Andrew Schimmer was recently interviewed on the “Walang Basagan” online show of Abante TV and opened up about the medical bills of his sick wife, Jho Rovero. He revealed that one of the first people who sent him money after his wife got sick was Coco Martin. The “Ang Probinsyano” lead star sent him P20,000 back in December after learning about Jho’s hospitalization. Ketchup Eusebio and Ejay Falcon also sent financial assistance, with the latter giving P5,000 to Andrew.
