Cristy Fermin has reacted to the viral interview of Jeric Raval with Ogie Diaz, where the action star was asked about his daughter's alleged pregnancy.

Previously, AJ Raval was put under the spotlight after Cristy's source confirmed the actress's alleged pregnancy with Aljur Abrenica.

Following this news, KAMI learned that AJ denied her pregnancy rumors anew and said that she actually tested positive for COVID-19.

In 'Cristy Ferminute' online, the veteran columnist said that it is only natural for Jeric to believe his daughter and even defend her from the rumors.

"Ganito lang po yan. Si AJ Raval po ay anak ni Jeric, natural, si Jeric Raval ay may paniniwala sa kanyang anak nang tanungin niya kung totoong nagdadalang-tao kaya ang sabi ni Jeric, hindi po buntis ang kanyang anak na si AJ," she began.

Moreover, Cristy stated that Jeric has the freedom to share his opinion about the matter and that it is natural for him, as a father, to defend his daughter.

"Isa pong kalayaan ito ng pagbibigay ng opinyon na hindi ko po ikinasasama ng loob dahil anak niya po si AJ. Natural, sino po ba ang magtatanggol sa anak at magdedepensa? Hindi po kapitbahay, hindi po kahit sino, mga magulang, diba?" she said.

However, Cristy said that while Jeric believes in his daughter, she will also believe in their source's claims about AJ's alleged pregnancy.

"Pero ito naman po ang sa akin, kung pano nilang pinaniniwalaan na hindi nagdadalang-tao si AJ, ako naman po ay kumakapit sa aking paniniwala na hindi ko po maaaring kontrahin ang source ko na nagsabi na totoong nagdadalang-tao ngayon si AJ Raval," Cristy explained.
