Slater Young, Kryz Uy give update on Sevi's condition after undergoing hernia surgery

- Slater Young and Kryz Uy's youngest son, Sevi, had recently underwent a hernia repair surgery

- After finding out that he had inguinal hernia, Sevi was advised to undergo surgery as soon as possible

- On her YouTube channel, Kryz shared a 'hospital diary' vlog where they showed what transpired before Sevi's surgery

- Needless to say, netizens were happy to hear that Sevi is recovering fast and well from the surgery

Slater Young and Kryz Uy's youngest son, Sevi, is finally recovering from his recent hernia repair surgery which greatly worried his parents last week.

In Kryz's 25-minute vlog, KAMI learned that the celebrity mom gave their fans a glimpse into how they spent their time at the hospital up until Sevi's operation day.

The video, labeled 'Hospital Diary' showed Kryz and Slater being there for Sevi as he is being prepared for surgery.

At one point during the vlog, Kryz revealed that Sevi sustained a few bruises since they had a hard time drawing blood from him.

Needless to say, while it was hard to see Sevi struggle, Kryz said they had to undergo several lab tests for his procedure.

"It was a lot harder than I expected, especially because seeing your baby in distress and being so helpless is just beyond heartbreaking. But, our Sevi was such a little warrior. He was so brave and recovered so well. At just 8 weeks old and having gone through a major surgery like this, Sevi truly inspires me to be strong too," Kryz wrote in the caption of her video.

At the end of the video, Kryz shared how shocked they were to see Sevi recover well and fast which made netizens happy as well.

Slater Young officially launched his career by winning the reality show Pinoy Big Brother: Unlimited. His wife, Kryz Uy is a popular blogger. They tied the knot on February 17, 2019, at Shangri-La's Mactan Resort & Spa in Cebu.

In the 26-minute vlog, the celebrity mom revealed that their 7-week-old son has inguinal hernia. According to Kryz, she has been researching about hernias all week and that she is "freaked out than ever."

Meanwhile, Slater and Kryz were among the list of celebrities who have been affected by Super Typhoon 'Odette.' On Instagram, the celebrity couple showed netizens a glimpse of the devastating aftermath of the typhoon. According to the former "PBB" winner, tons of people have been lining up for water, food, and gas.
