Maggie Wilson took to her IG Stories and thanked the courts, the Philippine justice system and her lawyers after she got a favorable decision from Branch 267 of RTC Taguig.

The court granted her prayer for a TRO with writ of preliminary injunction over the attempt to padlock the house where she and her relatives were staying, as well as the cutting off of the electrical power supplied to the same property.

As per the decision of the trial court, Maggie is entitled to the issuance of a 72-hour TRO as the requirements that are necessary to sustain the relief being prayed for are present.

The court also recognized the existence of a valid and subsisting lease contract, which must be respected by the parties, highlighting that the lessor is obliged to maintain the lessee in peaceful and adequate enjoyment of the leased premises for the duration of the contract.

Maggie Wilson is a British-Pinay, actress, beauty queen, TV host, model and entrepreneur. Her ex-husband is businessman Victor Consunji.

Maggie Wilson's business partner, Tim Connor, has finally spoken up about the issue between the TV host and Victor Consunji.
