Alex Gonzaga recalls miscarriage: “the Lord blessed me with acceptance”

Alex Gonzaga was a special guest on a recent YouTube vlog of actress-dancer Yassi Pressman.

During their conversation inside a car, Alex recalled her miscarriage last year.

According to Alex, she was able to overcome the ordeal as she believes the Lord blessed her with acceptance.

She believes that God might have spoken to her during her experience – with God possibly telling her that if He wants her to have a child, it will happen and she will be ready.

Because of her experience, Alex also realized that she is capable of being a mommy already. She revealed that before the miscarriage, she felt like she was not ready yet to become a mother.

“Kung kailan ibigay ng Panginoon, okay na sa amin… The Lord blessed me with acceptance.

“Nung time na yun hindi kasi talaga ako ready.

"So, lagi kong sinasabi kay Mikee, two years pa, three years pa. Gusto ko pang i-enjoy yung married life.

“Pero nung nangyari yun, parang feeling ko, pinasilip lang ni Lord na, 'Huwag mong isipin na you are not ready because you are ready. When I tell you, you are ready, you will be ready.'

“Pag naiisip ko yung sitwasyon na yun, hindi siya painful for me, yung proseso na yun.

"Parang feeling ko, kinausap ako ni Lord nung time na yun, na hindi man natuloy pero at least naramdaman ko na kaya ko pala maging mommy,” Alex told Yassi.

Alex Gonzaga is a Filipina actress and comedienne, best known for being one of the most successful YouTube vloggers in the country. She is also the sister of actress Toni Gonzaga. Alex is married to Mikee Morada, a politician.

During the tour, the actress-host shared that she decided to renovate the place, especially after they encountered a leakage problem.

Meanwhile, Alex recently invited Laboching, her co-host on "LOL," on her YouTube channel. In her vlog, Alex revealed that she enlisted the help of Laboching to prank Mikee Morada. For the prank, Alex asked Laboching to try and flirt with Mikee to see his reaction. By the end of the vlog, the actress-host then asked netizens not to bash Laboching.
