Ruffa Gutierrez took to Twitter and shared her realizations when she woke up one morning.
She said that she realized that not all students who actually studied in elite universities have manners.
"Woke up today realizing that not all students who went to elite universities have manners."
She also added that there are those who are actually educated, except that their behavior is akin to those on the streets.
