The elder Ramsay is the father of Ellen’s husband, Derek Jr.
In her IG post, Ellen thanked Derek Sr. for everything and for being fair.
“To my ever silly daddy white, thank you for everything, for always being fair,” Ellen wrote.
She also thanked him for being an “amazing Daddy White” to her and her son Elias Modesto.
“For being and amazing daddy white to me and elias and for always feeding him sweets (too much sweets),” the actress added.
The actress then called her father-in-law a funny man, using the British slang in describing such guys.
“You are one funny old fart #tahrantahdue (ano daw?!!!),” she wrote.
Ellen then indicated that her father-in-law has influenced her in many ways.
“You’re too British sometimes i feel colonized, Happy Father’s day!” the actress wrote.
Near the end of her greeting, Ellen also greeted all other dads out there a Happy Father’s Day.
“Happy Fathers Day to all Papas out there!” Ellen wrote.
Ellen Adarna is a Filipina actress known for her beauty and jolly personality. After being a Kapamilya before her showbiz hiatus, she earlier returned to the small screen as a Kapatid with her previous show with John Estrada, John en Ellen, on TV5. She has a son with John Lloyd named Elias Modesto. Ellen is now married to Derek Ramsay. They tied the knot at Rancho Bernardo in Bagac, Bataan on November 11, 2021.
The actress also posted on social media her funny yet heartfelt message for Derek Ramsay. In her post, the actress first greeted her husband a happy Father’s Day and called him her “forever overgrown muscular toddler.” She also uploaded several heartwarming photos, which include an art card where Ellen expressed gratitude for having Derek in her life. The actress also quipped she doesn’t mind having triplets with Derek because she knows he’s going to take care of them all while she’s just chilling.
In her IG Stories over the weekend, Ellen showed a photo of a boat jet with her name written on it. She can be heard talking about the impulsiveness of her husband, Derek Ramsay. She also tagged Derek in the video clip and made jokes on him. In another footage, Ellen showed she and her son, Elias Modesto, riding the boat jet.
