Iya Villania, with her doctor’s go signal, has started working out again just two weeks after giving birth to her and Drew Arelllano’s fourth child, baby Astro Phoenix.

KAMI learned that on her Instagram account, the 35-year-old actress and TV host posted a video of her doing a pull-up.
In the caption, she wrote, “With my doctor’s go signal I was able to start on a light workout today. Also, got to see whether I could still pull up or not… and the verdict?”
“I tried this before, 2 days after delivering Leon, and boy was that a mistake. I ended up bleeding more,” Iya also shared.

The celebrity mom also gave a piece of advice to mothers who also wanted to work out after giving birth.
“So pls wait until bleeding subsides before you guys start working out again, those who had a CS may need to wait it out a little longer before working out again.”

Iya Villania-Arellano is a Filipino-Australian host and actress who has been notably known for her work as a VJ in Myx. She tied the knot with host Drew Arellano back in 2014. They now have four children – Primo, Leon, Alana and Astro Phoenix.
On her Instagram account, the 35-year-old celebrity mom posted some heartwarming photos showing her and her newborn son. In the snapshots, the actress and TV host could be seen staring at the adorable baby while cradling him. In the caption, Iya detailed her experience giving birth to baby Astro, which she described as her “longest and most painful delivery.”
The married couple’s godfather, Kuya Kim Atienza, then took to social media to congratulate his “dear inaanaks”. Kuya Kim likewise posted baby Astro’s edited photo in which he seemed to be wearing a safari hat. Drew then commented “Lil Kim” on Kuya Kim’s heartwarming post.
