Alex Gonzaga, 34, recently turned emotional after seeing her husband, Mikee Morada, lead the race for Councilor in Lipa City, Batangas.
On her Instagram account, @cathygonzaga, KAMI learned that Alex posted a screenshot of the tally with Mikee taking the number one spot.
Previously, Mikee made headlines when he decided to seek reelection as Councilor of Lipa City, Batangas, which Alex shared back then.

In the screenshot, Mikee could be seen garnering over 129,646 votes while the second and third spots only garnered 100-103k votes.

Needless to say, Alex was not able to hide her happiness for her husband, Mikee, and went on to congratulate him on Instagram.
"Partial votes! Naiiyak ako, salamat sa pagmamahal sa asawa ko mga Lipeño," Alex wrote, adding tons of crying emoticons to her post.
