Mariel Padilla has recently stunned netizens on social media when she openly shared that she has to work to buy the things that she wants.
During her interview with Ogie Diaz, KAMI learned that the celebrity mom talked about her husband, Robin Padilla.
According to Mariel, she often tells her children — Isabella and Gabriela, that Robin is often away for work for them to have food to eat.

Halfway through the interview, Mariel said that Robin is a good father to all of his children which is why she has no complaints.

She even mentioned how she has to work for her own "luho" because Robin will not buy those things for her which stunned some viewers.
"When he's not home, I always explain to the kids, 'Daddy is working so we can have food.' At that age, ine-explain ko sa kanila kasi syempre hinahanap nila yung tatay nila diba? Pero he is a good father so hindi ako pwedeng magreklamo. Kaya ako nagtatrabaho, para yung mga sarili kong luho, mabibili ko. Kasi hindi naman ako bibilhan ni Robin Padilla nung mga luho ko, okay. Which is fine, because yung mga necessity namin, sa kanya."
