Cristy Fermin, in the latest episode of Cristy Ferminute, shared gossip about Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez’s alleged breakup.

During the said radio program, Nanay Cristy said, “Mga kapatid alam niyo po, may first-hand information po ako tungkol sa paghihiwalay nina Tom Rodriguez at Carla Abellana.”
The veteran showbiz columnist then claimed that people surrounding Carla and Tom are already helping the couple save their marriage. However, Nanay Cristy heard that Carla is “dedma”.
“Ang dami na palang namagitan ano? Ang dami na palang namagitan para sila pagkasunduin, dedma si Carla.”

Cristy furthermore aired, “Siguro 'yung pag-ibig ay nandoon pa, pero kasabihan nga kapagka wala nang tiwala, nawawala nang kasunod ang pag-ibig. 'di ba?”
“Hindi bale daw na mawala 'yung damdamin, 'wag 'yung tiwala. Kasi kapag tiwala na ang nawala, lahat nawala na.”

Carla Abellana is an actress and endorser who works for GMA. She is now married to fellow Kapuso star Tom Rodriguez. Before entering showbiz, she graduated with honors at De La Salle University with a degree in psychology. She gained prominence for playing the lead role in the Philippine adaptation of the Mexican telenovela "Rosalinda."
In a previous report by KAMI, Cristy Fermin claimed that the married couple ran out of savings due to Tom’s political ambition. The said topic then reminded Romel Chika, Cristy's co-host, of Carla’s condo unit which is currently on sale.
Nanay Cristy aired disbelief to speculations that the couple broke up due to their rumored financial problem.
