Heart Evangelista shared the video clip of her "kumain sa hepa street" challenge, which is also "kumain ng streetfoods" and even asked her sister to take part.

She literally asked Camille Ongpauco to drive around and to look for street food.

Her sister, pregnant and in her third trimester, willingly drove her around and she admitted that it took quite a long time before they finally found a street vendor.

She bought it from a street vendor and some random customers even got the chance to have a short encounter with her.

Heart looked really cute with the fishball in hand, and when she asked the vendor what to do next. That was already the part where she needed to get the sauce.

While she bought fishball, her sister bought kikiam.

Heart Evangelista took to her Instagram Stories and asked for suggestions on what challenge she would undertake. One of the challenges that a netizen gave was to eat at hepa street. Not knowing what hepa street means, she then asked her assistant with furrowed eyebrows, "What's hepa?" Her assistant then told her that it means street food and this led Heart to ask, "Why hepa?"

In a social media post, the actress showed a video of her making great poses in the shoot with everything looking normal. Her caption told a different story as she admitted her anxiety levels shot sky-high though no one knew about it except herself.
