Heart Evangelista candidly stated that she was in a fangirl mode when she met senatorial candidate Atty. Chel Diokno.

She posted their photo together where Heart could be seen standing next to Atty. Chel.
"I’m kilig :) fan mode @ChelDiokno good luck po," said Heart.
The setting looked like a house, although the actress did not state the location of where she and Atty. Chel met.

What is quite apparent was the smile on Heart's face. Atty. Chel was happy too and his post on his official FB page says it all.
As for Atty. Chel, in his official Facebook page, he posted two photos of him and Heart and admitted that he got starstruck.
"Fan boy mode muna ang lolo ninyo! Talagang na-starstruck ako. Advanced happy birthday, Heart. It was nice to finally meet you in person!"
Atty. Chel is one of the senators in the senatorial slate of VP Leni Robredo. He is also a human rights advocate and has been giving free legal advice for many years.
