In a Facebook post, the male influencer claimed that cancelling Toni is far from being a strategic move.
“Bilang isang eksperto sa social media, ito lang ang masasabi ko. Ang pag-cancel kay Toni is not a strategic move at all. The more you cancel her, mas magiging influential siya. We know how to capitalize on hate then convert it to massive influence and power.”

Meanwhile, in the comment section, Xian clarified that his post is not “political” as he just wanted to lecture those who criticize Toni.
“This is not a political post. Nilelecturean ko lang kayo. Nakakatawa lang kasi makita na akala nung iba eh nakakalamang sila by cancelling their opponent. Diyan kayo nagkakamali.”
“If you really want to discredit Toni, ang dapat niyong gawin ay alisin siya sa spotlight. Because of what you've done, she is more media powerful ngayon.”
In another comment, he wrote, “Very wrong move talaga. Kung wala kasing ambag sa tuition ni Tyronia eh dapat manahimik na lang.”

Toni Gonzaga is a famous actress, television host, and YouTube star in the Philippines. She married director Paul Soriano on June 12, 2015 in Taytay, Rizal. Toni then gave birth to their first child, Severiano Elliott, on September 30, 2016. At their wedding, one of their godfathers is former senator Bongbong Marcos.
Toni’s YouTube channel called Toni Gonzaga Studio has recently reached 5 million subscribers. The actress and TV host’s popular “Toni Talks” is being aired on the said YT channel. Paul Soriano then took to social media to post about the said milestone. In an Instagram story, the director congratulated his wife and her team.
Earlier, “Pinoy Big Brother” management released a statement on Toni Gonzaga who has just stepped down as the main host of the reality show, which she announced a day after she hosted Bongbong Marcos and Mayor Sara Duterte's proclamation rally. PBB management publicized that it respects Toni’s decision. It likewise expressed gratitude to the TV host, who was part of the show for 16 years.
