Pauleen Luna has touched the hearts of countless netizens with her latest appreciation post on Instagram about her father, Eugenio Luna.
On Sunday, February 6, KAMI learned that Pauleen wrote a lengthy caption about her dad in their recent family picture.
According to Pauleen, she just wanted to tell a few things about her dad before he turns another year older and wiser tomorrow.

In her viral post, Pauleen described her dad as a "strong, brave and protective father" who is not comfortable in telling his family that he loves them.

"A strong, brave and protective father to my brother and I. He would do anything for us in a snap, would give us the best part of our chicken, would pretend he doesn't like the food (even if it's his fave) just so we'd eat a lot but would never be comfortable telling us in person that he loves us. We're his kyrptonite! I remember clearly that he got into a fist fight (do not copy! Not advisable) on the road bec. this certain truck, ginigitgit kami! He would never let us get hurt!"
Despite not being showy, Pauleen said that "his silence will never be misinterpreted" and that his "small gestures will never go unnoticed."
"He's never showy and/or affectionate but rest assured that his silence will never be misinterpreted as something else. His small gestures will never go unnoticed. A simple text from him saying thank you or kamusta means the world to me bec. I know that this is his way of showing us he loves us. They say silent water runs deep and he sure is a testimony of that. I love you for who and what you are dad and I will always honor you and mom!"
