Cristy Fermin had a frank reaction to Kris Aquino’s activeness on social media amid her illness.

In her column published on Pilipino Star Ngayon on Saturday, January 29, Nanay Cristy said that Kris has been receiving criticisms following her recent social media presence.
“Ang tao raw kasing maysakit na dumadaan sa health emergency ay hindi na makukuha pang mag-post nang mag-post. Utak ang gumagana kapag ganu’n, sumusunod lang ang katawan sa estado ng isip, kaya sa pagpapalagay ng mga bashers at haters ni Kris ay isinasangkalan lang niya ang kanyang pagkakasakit.”
The showbiz columnist also wonders how Kris was able to find time to post online.

“Kung minsan talaga ay nakapagdududa ang isang bagay kapag iba naman ang ginagawa ng maysakit. Matindi pala ang kanyang pinagdadaanan, sobra nang bumabagsak ang kanyang timbang, pero paano pa niya naihahanap ng panahon ang pagpo-post?”
“Ngayon ay pinapayuhan ni Kris ang mga tagasuporta niya na huwag nang pansinin pa si Mel. Nakuha na raw nito ang kanyang gusto, napasikat na raw niya ito, kaya deadma na lang dapat kay Mel ang kanyang mga loyalist,” Nanay Cristy wrote.
As per CNN Philippines’ report, the Queen of All Media took Instagram to announce that she and Mel Sarmiento have already broken up. She likewise posted a screenshot her ex-fiancé’s alleged last text message to her.
According to GMA News, Kris revealed that her eldest sister Ballsy has barred her from ever posting anything about Mel but this did not stop her from answering posts about the two of them. Kris said this in the comment section of Lolit Solis’ earlier post about the actress and Mel.
Kris Aquino, popularly known as the Queen of All Media, is a television host, actress, and product endorser. She is the youngest child of the late politicians, Cory and Ninoy Aquino, and one of former President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III's sisters.
It can be recalled that Kris told Lolit Solis that she could not just get back with Mel Sarmiento who just "used". Cristy Fermin then reacted to Kris’ remark against Mel. Nanay Cristy also recalled Mel’s earlier statement about not leaving Kris.
Nanay Cristy also aired her two cents on Kris’ alleged remark that “already had his time in the spotlight” because of Kris. The veteran showbiz columnist then opposed the Queen of All Media’s alleged statement.
