"Isang magandang example ng isang artista na naging mabuting pulitiko iyon mga pumasok sa pulitika at nakikita mong nag trabaho ng mahusay. Kahit ano pa sabihin maganda din naman ang naging record ni Joseph Estrada noon, kaya umabot siya hanggang sa pagiging Presidente."

Lolit Solis is a Pinay talk show host, entertainment news writer, talent manager and showbiz columnist. She was born on May 20, 1947 in the city of Manila. According to the veteran columnist, she spent her early life in a poor section of Lardizabal in Sampaloc, Manila.

Lolit Solis agreed with the statement of Dingdong Dantes about how one should not feel ashamed or be afraid if he or she becomes COVID-positive. The veteran columnist said that those who got infected with the disease were not at fault and so there is no reason for them to hide it. She said that anyone can get infected, particularly during this time when the pandemic is still very much present. Nay Lolit also said that like Dingdong who didn’t even know where he got it, the best thing to do is to accept it in case one gets infected.

She took to Instagram and expressed her thoughts in response to Kris Aquino's post clarifying what transpired between her and Mel Sarmiento. One of the things that the veteran columnist zeroed in was the alleged manner by which Mel Sarmiento broke up with her. Manay Lolit could not help but call the act of Mel, allegedly breaking up with Kris through a text message, as "gross." She also mentioned previously that it was better for Kris and Mel to have broken off because even before, it would seem that Mel had been doing "palpak" things.
