Complainant withdraws case vs "Tawag ng Tanghalan" champion Noven Belleza

The complainant against "Tawag ng Tanghalan" champion na si Noven Belleza dropped the case.

In a report of SunStar Cebu dated August 31, the complainant wants to withdraw the case.

The 19-year old complainant told the judge that she is not interested in pursuing the case anymore.

The complainant’s affidavit reads,

After bailing P120,000, Belleza got out of the detention cell last July 19

According to the complainant he allegedly tried to r4pe her.
