Alex Gonzaga has turned a year older today, Sunday, January 16, and has been met with countless greetings and warm wishes by her friends in the industry.
KAMI learned that among those who greeted her a happy birthday was her good friend, Melai Cantiveros, an actress-host from ABS-CBN.
On Instagram, Melai posted several throwback photos she took with the 34-year-old actress, including a photo of Alex from the film, The Exorsis.

In her caption, Melai called Alex as the "Queen of YouTube and went on to pen the sweetest birthday greeting for her "BFF."

"Happy birthday to this Queen of Youtube @cathygonzaga, my BFF, happy b-day Alsy Balsy, kahit minsan tawag muna rin sa akin is Allsy Balsy, wala na akong pakialam, happy b-day sa BFF ng bayan, hindi susuko sa 24 oras na usapan."
The post, however, caught the attention of Alex who asked Melai why she chose their picture from the film as the first photo.
"Bakit ito naman ginawa mo una pic mehhh anong kasalanan ko sayo!? Labyu bff mehhh! Bonding na!" the actress wrote.

Alex Gonzaga is a Filipina actress and comedienne, best known for being one of the most successful YouTube vloggers in the country. She is also the sister of actress Toni Gonzaga.
As reported earlier by KAMI, Alex Gonzaga certainly did not miss the chance to poke fun at Luis Manzano during her recent trip to California. On Instagram, Alex shared a photo she took at what seemed to be a restaurant in the area called "Lucky's." In her viral post, the actress shared a photo of a cup with "Lucky's" printed onto it as well as a fruit. She then tagged Luis, poking fun at the shape of the actor's face which elicited a hilarious reaction from the latter.
Meanwhile, Alex Gonzaga released a hilarious and epic Christmas special episode featuring some of the presidential and vice presidential candidates in the 2022 Election. She performed for vice presidential candidates Dr. Willie Ong, Senator Kiko Pangilinan, Senate President Tito Sotto, and Lito Atienza. The YouTube star also performed for presidential candidates Senators Manny Pacquiao and Ping Lacson, former Senator Bongbong Marcos, Vice President Leni Robredo, and Manila Mayor Isko Moreno.
