Ogie Diaz has recently opened up about falling victim to an 'investment scam' amid Beatrice Pia White being arrested over charges of estafa.
In his latest showbiz update vlog with Mama Loi, KAMI learned that Ogie recalled how he first met Pia two years ago.
Viewers of the vlog were stunned when Ogie mentioned he lost over Php 5,000,000 due to the 'investment scam' he fell victim to.

At one point, in the vlog, Ogie recalled how Pia and Efcel Reyes promised to give him sacks of rice from Lopez, Quezon.

"Itong huli, bago sila masakote, pinangakuan pa ako ng sampung kaban o tig-50 kilos, sampung tig-50 kilos na bigas na ani mula sa Lopez, Quezon pero waley. Ayan, hanggang sa nabuwisit ako, ipinost ko na. Mga 2 days after, ayan, na-entrap ata sila."
Upon hearing this, Loi frankly asked the talent manager what some netizens were asking them amid the issue.
"Pero nay, yung iba may nagtatanong. Hindi raw ba ikaw yung nagpahuli?" Loi asked which prompted Ogie to say no.
"Hindi ah. Ako, hindi po ako mapaghiganting tao. Hindi po. Kung ano po yung ipahintulot sa inyo ng tadhana, eh yun siguro yung nakalaan para sayo. Ganun ako. Kaya nga gusto ko nang mag-move on eh, bigla namang nabalitaan na nahuli na si Pia White at si Efcel."

As reported earlier by KAMI, Ogie Diaz has finally opened up about his recent cryptic posts on Facebook in his latest showbiz vlog. At the beginning of the vlog, Mama Loi asked Ogie about the woman who was recently arrested on charges of estafa. Without any hesitation, Ogie confirmed it was the woman he was referring to in his viral posts, "Siya nga po."
Meanwhile, Ogie Diaz, on his Dec. 31 vlog, apologized to Marvin Agustin for the statements he said during one of his vlogs. He said that if Marvin would want to preserve his dignity, and that if he is really sincere in his apology, then the actor should refund his customers. Aside from that, he also mentioned that he did not really like the taste of the famous "cochinillo."
