Melissa Ricks could not help but feel sad over the sudden passing of their Ate Janet Eugerio in a viral post which she recently shared on her Instagram account.

On Sunday, December 19, KAMI learned that the former actress posted several photos of Janet taking care of her daughter, Kiera.

She then penned a sweet yet heartbreaking message to Ate Janet whom she said they loved very dearly.

In her viral online post, Melissa simply told Janet that there is "no more pain" and that she hopes she will watch over Kiera.

"Mahal ka namin Janet.. We will miss you… Salamat sa lahat.. Chikahan na kayo ni Obet diyan ha, Bantayan niyo si Kiera… no more pain. Love you Janet."

On Janet's Instagram, @816janetey, the woman could be seen to have been with Melissa for a very long time, dating all the way back to when she was still active in showbiz.

Needless to say, Melissa's post elicited several reactions and comments from netizens who gave their condolences to the family.

Melissa Marie Ricks is a Filipina actress who first rose to fame after becoming the runner-up to the reality talent search under ABS-CBN, Star Circle Quest. The actress was also engaged to her boyfriend, Michael Macatangay, after he proposed to her in Batangas. The couple has finally tied the knot recently.

Meanwhile, Melissa Ricks took to social media to post a "Reality vs. Expectation" photo about her body. On Instagram, the actress donned a black swimsuit during her stay in Puerto Galera. In her viral post, Melissa earned praises for keeping it real about gaining weight. She then emphasized that what one feels, as well as their "peace," should matter the most.
