Mikee Quintos opened up about whether she is now comfortable seeing her former boyfriend, Paul Salas, with a new girlfriend.

During her interview on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" on Wednesday, August 26, host Boy Abunda directly asked Mikee, “Kaya mo na bang makita si Paul na may girlfriend?”

The Kapuso actress said she has no problem with it and expressed her hope that her ex-boyfriend would find happiness.

“Oo naman. Gusto ko nga siyang maging happy. Gusto ko.”

When Boy asked why she feels that way, Mikee recalled the conversation she and Paul had as they went their separate ways. She said they agreed to look back on their four-year relationship positively and carry the lessons they learned into their respective futures.

“Kasi nag-usap naman kami. Na ’yung last usap namin, gusto ko na pag-usapan namin na dalhin namin ’yung four years namin sa futures namin together nang good ’yung memory, huwag bad. So ’yung lessons from each other, apply namin sa next. Like, ganun ’yung usapan namin.”

Her remarks showed that she and Paul have chosen to remember their relationship for the good experiences and lessons they gained from their time together, rather than dwelling on the negative aspects of their breakup.

Mikee Quintos is a Filipino actress and singer known for her work in television and music. She gained wider recognition for playing Lira in the 2016 television series "Encantadia." A talented performer since childhood, Mikee began singing publicly at age seven during her parents' political campaigns. Alongside her acting career, she pursued her interest in architecture and earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2025.

In the same interview, Mikee opened up about her plans to fulfill the requirements for the architecture licensure exam. She revealed that she still needs to complete nearly 4,000 hours of apprenticeship, which she aims to finish within three years. When asked if pursuing architecture could eventually lead her to leave showbiz, Mikee candidly shared her thoughts, giving insight into how she hopes to balance her career in architecture with her work in entertainment.
