Young Kapuso actors Marco Masa and John Clifford recently addressed possible fan rivalry and jealousy surrounding the popular love team of their co-stars, Caprice Cayetano and Heath Jornales, collectively known to fans as “CapEath.”

The discussion happened during the June 17 episode of the afternoon talk show “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” where Marco, Clifford, Caprice, and Heath appeared as guests to promote their upcoming project.

During the interview, host Boy Abunda directly asked Marco and Clifford about the strong CapEath fanbase and whether they felt any pressure or concern that their close interactions with Caprice and Heath might trigger jealousy among supporters.

Boy asked, “Napakalakas ng CapEath fans. Hindi ba kayo nangangamba na baka magselos?”

Marco was the first to respond, saying there is no tension among them, as they maintain a supportive and positive working relationship for each other’s onscreen pairings. Marco emphasized that their set environment remains light and encouraging.

“Hindi naman po kami nangangamba kasi kami personally, we’ve been very supportive sa ships ng bawat isa. So para sa amin, happy-happy lang po talaga,” Marco said.

Clifford echoed Marco’s sentiments, expressing happiness for Caprice and Heath’s strong fan support. Clifford also noted that instead of causing division, the enthusiasm of all fanbases helped make their collaboration possible.

“Actually we’re very happy po for Heath and Caprice at the same time, napakalakas po ng CapEath ship din. Kasi I believe because of their fans and also our fans din po ng mga ships, I believe they’re also the reason bakit kami nakabuo ng show na ganito,” Clifford aired.
