For her final act, Rufa Mae transformed into American pop superstar Katy Perry. Clad in a vibrant costume inspired by Katy’s signature aesthetic, she took to the stage to perform the hit anthem “Firework.”

Following the finale, Rufa Mae shared a series of photos captured by Yan Caringal, documenting her final moments on the show’s stage. In a lengthy and characteristic caption, she expressed how difficult it was to fully summarize her experience.

“Hi! It’s me signing off.. and on until our next music, mic, lyrics, in ear, headphones, instruments…”

The actress emphasized that her journey with the program spanned more than half a year, highlighting the strong bond formed with fellow contestants, the production team, and the audience. Despite the conclusion of her run on the show, Rufa Mae was quick to shift attention toward her next major milestone.

In her personal life, Rufa Mae married Trevor Magallanes in 2016, and they welcomed their daughter, Athena, in 2017. Trevor passed away in 2025.

Earlier, netizens were amused by a viral video of Rufa Mae acting as “choreographer” for Alexa Ilacad, showing her signature “shaker choreography” followed by playful dance moves. The two were co-contestants in Your Face Sounds Familiar, where Alexa became grand champion.
