The iconic house, often referred to as “Bahay ni Kuya,” is set to close after more than two decades as the show prepares to move to a new location. Reports confirmed that the lot where the famous house stands has already been sold, signaling a major transition for the reality franchise that has produced numerous stars and memorable moments since it first aired in 2005.

Following the news, Joaquin, the son of film producer Neil Arce, shared a carousel of photos of himself inside the house. The images featured snapshots of Joaquin posing in different areas of the famous residence, as well as photos with fellow PBB alumni such as Sam Milby, Caprice Cayetano, and Kyle Echarri, among others.

In the caption of his post, Joaquin kept his message short but meaningful, writing, “Can't wait for bahay ni kuya 2.0”.

The relocation of the Pinoy Big Brother house comes as the show plans new developments and future editions. The Quezon City event, captured by Nice Print Photography, featured teal and silver decorations, a custom cake, and personalized touches. Joaquin greeted guests, signed memorabilia, and posed for photos alongside notable attendees, including his father, Neil Arce. Earlier, Angel Locsin gave fans a glimpse of her stepson Joaquin’s first moments back home after his four-month stay in the PBB house.
