“Growth is such a beautiful thing. I love having a growth mindset. It helps me push myself beyond my limits. It helps me believe in myself and my ability to evolve. I used to be so lazy and entitled—thinking that everything was just supposed to fall on my lap. That no matter what happens, the Universe will always be there to support me. Now, I understand that I HAVE to put in the work to heal, change and grow. Because the more I grow, the more life grows with me. The more I do the work to change, the more my life changes. It really starts with me. I’m so happy that I’m no longer stuck in a cycle of toxic habits and behaviors. Practicing yoga and meditation made me aware enough to see my dark side and consciously choose to work on it. I sat with my shadows and demons until I was able to fully integrate them into my being. What I learned is that light and dark can absolutely co-exist. We can accept and embrace the parts of us that we don’t like and love them into wholeness.”
