“When he was sick of leukemia at only 16 he asked, “Why me?”. At the time we didnt have enough money to explore other treatment options abroad. A star basketball player. A budding chef. Most thoughtful of my four brothers. He passed at 18 he should be 50 today. Still my heart breaks at the thought of losing him too soon.
Before he breathed his last he looked up to the ceiling and raised both his arms as if someone was taking him. What a miracle, a gift to all of us.
I am certain where your are Ramon. See you there in time. My birthday boy. Party in Heaven.”
