Former actress and dancer Lian Paz took to social media to give followers a glimpse of her upcoming interview on Amy Perez’s YouTube podcast Finding Hope With Amy, where she is set to talk candidly about her personal journey, struggles, and renewed faith.

In her caption for the preview, Lian revealed that for years she believed the pain she was experiencing was simply normal. She shared how she stayed quiet, tried to be strong, and remained in situations that slowly broke her emotionally, until she finally realized that love should never come with fear, control, or abuse.
She said that through God, her perspective changed. According to Lian, her faith opened her eyes to what real love looks like and helped her understand that she deserved healing and peace. She added that she hopes her testimony can encourage others who may be silently hurting to seek help and hold on to hope. Lian has also found love with her husband John Cabahug and their children.
The interview, scheduled for release on Valentine’s Day, will focus on redemption, faith, and starting over.

Lian Paz is a former actress and dancer who first became known as part of the EB Babes, a dance group that appeared on television, in movies, and in music videos. She later ventured into acting with supporting roles in various projects before eventually stepping away from showbiz to focus on her family and personal life. Many also recognize her as the former wife of Paolo Contis, with whom she has two daughters, Xonia and Xalene.
In a previous report, Lian Paz spoke about how generosity is not limited to money, explaining that time, effort, and compassion can be just as meaningful. As a devout Christian, she said that many people who ask for donations or help do so out of love for others, even if they are misunderstood. She added that some of the most giving individuals are those who have little but still choose to give because of their faith.
