She posted a screenshot of a YouTube video about a Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing, where former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Undersecretary Roberto Bernardo named names in connection with the flood control corruption scandal.
The post also included Bianca’s strong reaction, where she wrote, “P*#+%=#¥<inaaaaaa.”
She followed this with a message of appreciation for citizens who participated in recent public demonstrations: “To all those who rallied and spoke up on Sunday, you are heroes.”
