Jodi posted photos of herself at the demonstration, where she was seen marching with fellow citizens demanding accountability and reforms. In her caption, she recalled how many Filipinos, including herself, have expressed frustration toward the nation.
But Jodi emphasized that the voices raised at the protest prove otherwise—that Filipinos continue to fight because of their love for the country.

She then reminded her followers that action begins with ordinary people, stressing the importance of collective responsibility.
“Dahil kung hindi tayo kikilos, sino?” Jodi asked.
Finally, she pointed to the future generation as the reason for persisting in the fight, framing the protest as an act of hope rather than despair.
Her reflection resonated with many netizens, who praised her for voicing the same frustrations and hopes felt by ordinary Filipinos. Supporters highlighted her message as a reminder that change, though difficult, is still possible if people choose to take a stand.
The September 21 protest, which coincided with the anniversary of the declaration of Martial Law, drew tens of thousands to the streets, making it one of the largest demonstrations in recent years. It is worth noting that in Metro Manila, two major gatherings were planned. The first took place at Luneta, serving as the initial assembly point for protesters. Later, a larger demonstration was staged at the People Power Monument in Quezon City. This event, which organizers had dubbed the “main event,” was called the Trillion Peso March.
