Gospel singer Felson Palad, husband of former actress and host Donita Rose, took to social media to share his admiration for boxing legend Manny Pacquiao after an inspiring encounter during a series of events in the United States. The couple had the opportunity to spend time with Pacquiao shortly after his welterweight title match with Mario Barrios, which ended in a draw.

Felson shared a photo of himself, Donita, and Manny together, accompanied by a reflective caption that highlighted Pacquiao’s spiritual depth and transformation over the years. “Yesterday was an exceptionally eventful day,” Felson wrote. “Despite the whirlwind of corporate shows, my wife and I made it a point to enjoy ourselves. These events offer us a wonderful opportunity to meet and engage with some truly influential personalities. One such remarkable individual is Manny Pacquiao.”

He went on to describe their private conversation in Pacquiao’s apartment, where the boxing icon opened up about his faith journey. According to Felson, Manny shared how he reads the Bible daily and has completed it more than ten times, speaking about scripture with profound understanding. “He articulated verses I’m familiar with in a way that illuminated their significance,” Felson said, calling Pacquiao’s wisdom and evangelistic spirit “truly inspirational.”

Manny Pacquiao is an eight-division world boxing champion, considered one of the greatest boxers in history. He is married to Jinkee Pacquiao, whom he calls his best friend.
