In partnership with the Angat Bayanihan Volunteer Network of the Angat Buhay Foundation, the Kapuso stars helped prepare meals at two soup kitchens—Trining’s Kitchen Stories in Marikina and Urban Chick Maginhawa in Quezon City—as part of the foundation’s relief efforts.
The two’s active participation was featured in photos and a reel shared by Sparkle GMA Artist Center and Angat Buhay.
“From the PBB kitchen to kitchens for-a-cause. Despite the heavy rains and in the spirit of bayanihan, Mika Salamanca and Will Ashley stepped up to serve — volunteering in two soup kitchens in Quezon City and Marikina for families affected by Typhoon Crising and the Southwest Monsoon,” Sparkle posted along with the carousel of photos.

Angat Buhay, on the other hand, thanked Mika and Will for their hands-on involvement.

Mika Salamanca is a Filipino actress, vlogger, and social media influencer. Mika first rose to prominence as a YouTuber in 2017, where she showcased her lifestyle and song covers. She quickly amassed over 4.5 million subscribers on her YouTube channel and other social media platforms. In 2025, Mika joined the reality show "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition," where she was named the Big Winner alongside her duo partner, Brent Manalo, after winning the program's finale.
