In her online posts on Thursday, July 10, Janna happily announced that she and MMA fighter Mickey Ablan are expecting their fourth child.
“See you in a few Months My little Dream,” Janna wrote on Facebook (published as is) along side the sonogram of their baby.

On her Instagram page, the “Pepito Manaloto” star mentioned the gender of the baby in her womb.
“See you in a few Months Baby Boy #2,” the actress elatedly wrote, expressing her enthusiasm to welcome another baby boy into their beautiful family.
Netizens then flocked to the comments sections of the celebrity mom’s posts to congratulate her and Mickey. Here are some of the comments:

Meanwhile, Yzabel Ablan, the late eldest child of MMA fighter Mickey Ablan, would have turned 22 on her birthday last November. Yzabel’s family gathered to commemorate her special day.
Janna then took to social media to share a glimpse of their celebration. As seen in the video published by the actress, they marked Yzabel’s birthday at her homey mausoleum.
In the caption, the celebrity mom also penned a heartfelt message to her late stepdaughter. She reiterated their love for Yzabel, wished her a happy birthday in Heaven, and said they miss her.
“We all love you Ate Yzabel Ablan. Happy Birthday in Heaven we miss you anak,” the actress wrote.
“Ang daming nagmamahal sa’yo,” she fondly added.

In a heart-wrenching IG post in October 2023, Janna shared details about the sudden passing of Yzabel. The post revealed that Yzabel succumbed to a sudden heart failure and lung infection. Yzabel was at her condominium in Manila when she began experiencing severe breathing difficulties, with her caregiver, Yaya Lyn, by her side. Ate Lyn promptly contacted the family, who rushed to her side in Manila. Despite multiple attempts to revive her, Yzabel's life could not be saved.
Janna also shared a heartbreaking photo of her youngest baby, alongside that of her stepdaughter, Yzabel Ablan at the latter's wake. Janna's youngest was named Michael Zab Leon Ablan III, and he was born on Oct. 7, 2023. She revealed that her youngest was born on the day that Yzabel joined the Creator. The family held Yzabel's wake from October 8 to 12 of this year. The wake was held at La Pieta Funeral Homes in Angeles City, Pampanga.
