Vina Morales bids farewell to ABS-CBN Tower in a heartfelt post

Vina Morales is among those who have taken to social media to post about the historic ABS-CBN Millennium Tower.

It is worth noting that the media company is preparing to bid farewell to its broadcast tower in Quezon City, which is set to be demolished following the sale of part of its Quezon City property.

On her Instagram page on Wednesday, July 9, Vina shared photos and clips featuring the tower and Kapamilya stars and bosses, who flocked to the area to say goodbye to their beloved tower all together.

Along with the carousel post, Vina emotionally honored the iconic tower for the last time.

"Huling Pagpupugay sa Kapamilya Historic Tower," the singer-actress earnestly wrote.

Vina went on to pen her moving thoughts on the tower’s demolition by looking back on her wonderful years as a Kapamilya.

"I’m so thankful and grateful for all the years I’ve worked with ABS-CBN , dalawang dekada na pala! What a journey it has been."

She continued, "Nakakatuwang makita ulit ang ating mga boss, co-actors, employees, at pati mga dating Kapamilya na Nagtipon-tipon kami bago tuluyang i-demolish ang makasaysayang tower."

"Nakakalungkot man, I’m happy and proud na may kwento akong maipagmamalaki, na naging parte ako ng mga dekadang iyon ng kasaysayan ng Kapamilya network," Vina further wrote.

Vina concluded her poignant post by noting, "Maraming maraming Salamat po Kapamilya. To God be the glory!"

Vina Morales, whose real name is Sharon Garcia Magdayao, is an actress, singer, endorser, and businesswoman in the Philippines. She is the sister of actress Shaina Magdayao. Vina has a daughter with ex-partner Cedric Lee, Ceana, who was born in 2009.
