Carla Abellana has taken to social media to reshare a meaningful post by media personality Nicole Behnam.

On Instagram Stories, Abellana posted a screenshot of the post, where Behnam tackled being happy for other people.

“They don’t teach you this in school, and sometimes not even at home,” the latter began her post.

“But you gotta practice being happy for other people. Like literally, feel joy for them as good things happen in their lives and let them know.”

The post also claimed that celebrating other’s triumph lets one’s brain release feel-good chemicals.

“Being happy for other people is free dopamine. Why would you turn down the opportunity? When we celebrate others' successes and joys, our brains naturally release feel-good chemicals that boost our own mood and wellbeing.”

The Kapuso star, however, published the IG story without writing any caption.

Carla Abellana is a Filipino actress and model best known for her work with GMA Network. She comes from a family with deep roots in showbiz—her father is veteran actor Rey "PJ" Abellana. Carla is known for her roles in various television dramas and films, including the popular 2009 local adaptation of Mexican series "Rosalinda." Carla has worked with both GMA Network and Regal Films.
