Michelle Madrigal, a former actress, recently shared a significant milestone with her followers on Instagram: her baptism at a Christian church in the United States.

The ceremony was attended by her young daughter, Anika, whose father is Michelle's ex-husband, Troy Woolfolk.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Michelle expressed her renewed faith and commitment to Christianity. "I accepted JESUS as my savior," she wrote. "I strive to become a PROVERBS 31 woman!"

Reflecting on her spiritual journey, Michelle revealed her transformation amid a dark moment in her life.

"I’ve always believed, but my connection with him was lukewarm. I was so lost and broken. I have done it all, living for worldly things and it didn’t fulfill my purpose and soul. Last September, in a dark moment, I decided to deepen my bond with him and cut out distractions. I was really committed, to say the least. But amidst my brokenness, I found purpose. The more I got to know him, the more I craved a relationship centered around Christ, whether it’s friendship or something more. I’ve left behind my old self and surroundings."

Michelle's message resonated with many, as she encouraged others not to be held back by their past and to seek solace in faith rather than temporary vices.
