“Alam ko na Salve kung bakit iyon ibang maysakit nagkakaruon ng depression. Kasi nga pag maysakit ka pala bukod sa mababa energy mo, parang may self pity kang nararamdaman. Iyon bang feeling na bakit ako, hindi ko naman inaabuso katawan ko.

“Siguro nga mas lalo pang sad iyon meron financial concerns, dahil siyempre magastos din magkasakit. Talagang hindi mo maiiwasan ma depress at malungkot. Pero pag may support group ka, nagiging matapang at malakas ang loob mo.

“Gaya ko nga na minsan feeling ko wala naman problema bakit ako sinasabihan maysakit, dahil nga ang lakas ng loob ko na ang dami kasi nagpapakita ng pagmamahal sa akin, for that forever thankful and grateful ako. Talagang Salamat. Thank You,” Lolit said.
